I am originally from Norway, but have lived in Glasgow since 2014. Through my BArch and DipArch at the Glasgow School of Art I undertook various projects in different scales and found an interest in working with the existing and saw the importance of the resources available and ageing architecture.

After completing my year working in practice in Stockholm I returned to GSA. My thesis Deconstruction - Reconstruction gave me the opportunity to research and test the extent of reuse as an approach to architecture of less public appreciation. It led me to explore how architectural expressions can change by using materials differently, even with a limited catalogue of components.

Since the completion of my thesis I am in search for a position as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
